We are a team of five graduate students working to understand how the lack of representation of international women of color in the STEM workforce begins in STEM education. Your participation will help us understand the reasons that international women of color choose to pursue STEM fields and the different factors that shape their experience in academia. This survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete, and is completely voluntary; you can skip any question that you do not want to answer or opt out at any time. The results of this survey will be published in a report; there will be an option to provide your email for further help with our study, but all of your answers will remain anonymous.
