Serving on an interview team is a big commitment. You are committing to interviewing multiple candidates from within the Mountain Sky Conference and across the Jurisdiction over four months (July through October) and then helping your team report back to the delegation and annual conference. These interviews will be conducted by Zoom so proficiency with zoom, a decent internet connection, and a quiet space to meet is encouraged.
