Use this form to request a physical copy of your scholar's Atlanta Virtual Academy - Direct report card, transcript or progress report. Be advised, you may access your scholar's grade information in real time through Infinite Campus' Parent Portal. For directions to create an Infinite Campus Parent Portal account click HERE.

Please note the following:

Processing time is 48-72 business hours after you have successfully submitted this form. Due to United States Postal Service delays in mailing services, please allow 1-week after the processing time to receive your scholar's report card/transcript.
Transcripts are only available to scholars currently enrolled in High School (Grades 9-12).
All requests made by individuals not listed as the parent/guardian in Infinite Campus will be denied.
