TREASURER:
• Handles PTA funds by maintaining financial accounts, paying all bills, making deposits in a timely manner and reconciling the bank statements monthly.
• Makes financial records available for meetings and reports on the financial condition of the association.
• Ensures accounts are audited annually and the appropriate federal tax forms filed.
• Other duties as indicated in the bylaws.
