Making the switch to LED light bulbs may be the right thing to do, but it does come with some challenges. In order to choose the right light for the right environment, we need to educate ourselves on the language of LED technology. We created a campaign for utility giant National Grid that does precisely that. Two parts education and two parts customer engagement, it helped educate millions of customers and sold more than 3.5 million LEDs in a single year.
