AFA 20/20: A Celebration of Where We've Been, Where We Are & Where We're Going

AFA 20/20 is an innovative event for AFA Field leaders and members to engage in leadership and professional development, receive important updates from leadership, and celebrate AFA. While we certainly wish we could join together in person for our annual National Convention, AFA 20/20 will allow us to connect virtually as current and future AFA Field leaders dedicated to making our Association and our Air Force stronger.

AFA 20/20 content will be a combination of large group webinars, prerecorded sessions and learning labs. In addition, you will also receive an invitation to download the AFA 20/20 app after you register.

As flexibility is always the key to airpower, we may have to accomodate some schedule changes as we get closer to the event. These changes will be updated on this website, in the AFA 20/20 app and via email.

AFA is excited to bring you this new, virtual leadership development opportunity for our amazing Field leaders. We've decided to make this event free for all current and potential Field leaders. However, this event is not free to produce. There are several opportunities for you to donate to help support AFA and sustain programs like this. These will be presented to you through a donation option during registration, virtual happy hours, raffles and more!

During her time with the program she has helped it expand from a high school competition with 650 teams to an international competition with over 7,000 middle and high school teams. In addition she has helped the program expand beyond the competition with the development of four more cyber security focused programs. In her current role as Senior Director of CyberPatriot Business Operations she oversees the AFA CyberCamp program, the Elementary School Cyber Education Initiative, the Cyber Education Literature Series, the CyberGenerations program, and registration for the National Youth Cyber Defense Competition as well as oversee the budget and sponsor relationships.
