Centrally located in Riverhead, the facility provides highly individualized programs for patients with diverse needs across a wide variety of treatment disciplines so that patients can receive all outpatient care in one location.

Medication for Addiction Treatment

Psychiatric Evaluations
Comprehensive assessments and medication management services by experienced psychiatrists.
Primary Care Medical Services
Addressing physical health needs alongside behavioral health concerns, including walk-in evaluations.
NYS Department of Motor Vehicle Treatment Site
Providing necessary evaluations and treatments for driver’s license reinstatement.
