2022-23: Indoor - Competed at all five meets... Set a PR in the mile at the AAC Championships with the fifth-fastest time in program history. Outdoor - Competed five times... Moved up to ninth in the 800m and second in the 3,000S in program history... Scored points in seventh in the steeple at the AAC Championships... Won the steeple at the Bill Carson Invite and finished third at the Virginia Challenge.

2021-22: Competed 11 times across indoor and outdoor... Finished fourth in th e 3,000S at the American Outdoor Championships... Won the 3,000S at the Gamecock Invitational... Won the 1,500m at the UofSC Open... Won the 800m, 1,500m and 4x1,500 at the ECU Bill Carson Invitational... Won the mile at the Norfolk State Invitational... Broke five minutes in the mile at the South Carolina Invitational.

2020-21: Competed four times outdoors... Won the 800m and 1,500m at the ECU Bill Carson Invitational.

2019-20: Ran the sixth-fastest indoor 3,000-meter time (9:53.75) in program history at the Camel City Invitational to take 13th place … Finished fifth in the 1,000-meter run at the Darius Dixon Memorial, posting the seventh-fastest time (2:55.90) in school history … Took fifth in the 3,000m at the Dick Taylor Carolina Challenge … Helped the distance medley relay to a fifth-place result at the American Athletic Conference Indoor Championships.
 
2018-19: Won the 800 and finished second in the 1,500 at the Pickle Festival Relays … Took seventh in the 1,500 at the Bill Carson Invitational.
 
High School: State Champion 2018 Virginia Outdoor State Championship (6A) in the 3200m … Finished 21st in the 5K – 2018 New Balance Indoor Nationals … State Champion 2018 Virginia Indoor State Championship (6A) in the 3200m … All State 2017 Virginia Cross Country State Championship (6A).
