2022-23: Indoor - Competed three times... Set a 60m PR. Outdoor - Competed at three meets.

2021-22: Competed eight times across indoor and outdoor.

2020-21: Did not compete.

2019-20: Part of the 4x400 relay squad that placed third at the Doc Hale Elite Meet and sixth at the American Athletic Conference Indoor Championships … Ran a personal-best time of 1:26.27 in the 600 meters at the Hokie Invitational.
 
2018-19: Contributed to the 4x400 relay squad three times during the season … Helped the team take seventh at the American Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships … Placed 12th in the 400 at the Charlotte Invitational.

High School: 2018 North Carolina 4A Outdoor 4x400 relay state champion ... Garnered third place in the 500-meter dash at the 2018 North Carolina 4A Indoor Championships.

Personal: Son of Kathy and Gary... Has one sibling, Kristopher... Brother plays lacrosse at Barton College.
