2023-24: Played in 32 of ECU’s 33 games and was third on the team in scoring with 11.4 points per contest … Shot over 50 percent from the floor for the second straight season … Led the team in free throws made (130) and attempted (199) … Ausar’s 199 attempted free throws are the eight most by a Pirate in a single season … Scored a career-high 28 points to go along with 10 rebounds against Tulsa (Mar. 14) … His 28 points were the most by a Pirate in an AAC Tournament game and Ausar set a single-game tournament record with his shooting percentage (83.3 percent) … Was tabbed to the AAC Weekly Honor Roll on Dec. 11 and Jan. 15 … Had seven contests with at least two steals … Named to On3’s Top Eight Mid-Major Players To Watch in the preseason.
