Fill out the information below to submit your application for events in Eagle County. We will send you a letter of approval or denial within 1 business week of receiving your application.

Please keep a record of your submission to this form to provide to Eagle County Public Health and Environment or local law enforcement should questions or concerns arise leading up to or during your event.
