Transport yourself to the cozy kitchens of France with our Petit Salé aux Lentilles: Green Lentils & Ham Hock Stew – a beloved winter classic that's easy, affordable, and oh-so-delicious!  Reminiscent of Chef Omar-Pierre's childhood, this hearty dish is sure to warm your soul and fill your belly. Made with tender ham hock (also known as gammon or pork knuckle), simple pork sausage, and flavorful green lentils, it's a comforting bowl of goodness best enjoyed with crusty bread and a bottle of robust red wine. Don't forget to add a bouquet garni for that extra touch of French flair! Bon appétit! (and we will have a vegetarian option available)

Call it custard, call it pudding, call it anglaise... whatever you want to call it, it's delicious, easy to whip up and ready in less than 10 minutes. Made with our Lemon Fused Olive Oil, this not-so-sharp edged curd style dessert is gluten-free, sweet, tart and in a class of its own.  It's the perfect complement to evening tea (eh-hem, Happy Lucky's Tea House happens to be right around the corner from us!).
