MAA Wisconsin High School Math Competition
This is the registration form for the MAA Wisconsin's High School Math Competition.

Please note that completion of this form does not complete the registration process.

After completing this form, please:
  1. Write a check for the appropriate amount (see list at the end of these instructions), payable to MAA-Wisconsin Section. (We can only accept checks, please do not send cash, money orders, etc.)

  2. Mail that check to the following address:

    Note that the mailing address and the payee (on the check) are different.

  3. Wait for email confirmation that your check was received. At this point the registration process is complete.

  4. The date of the competition is December 7th, 2023. Your check must be received by November 30th for your school to be considered registered. All registered schools will receive an email a few days before the test date with more information on how to administer the test.
Registration fee is based on current high school enrollment:
  • Less than or equal to 500 students: $11
  • 501-1000 students: $22
  • 1001-1500 students: $33
  • Greater than or equal to 1501 students: $44
