We are interested in creating a board and chapter that draws from a wide range of professions, industries, geographic locations, perspectives and lived experiences. Tell us about yourself, your work and your interest in fostering the public participation and community engagement process. *
We are hoping to bring more diversity to the leadership team that serves the chapter. Diversity comes in many forms. Some examples include race, ethnicity, gender identity, age, ability and expertise. In what ways would you contribute unique perspective to the board? *
Please indicate if you would like to serve as a board member with voting capacity or if you would prefer to be a non-voting chapter liaison. *
 Only applications for voting positions will be presented to members for election to the board. The new board members will then select non-voting members based on the applications that have been received for these types of positions
