Spring 2024 Resident Departure Form
Please complete this form by Friday, April 26 at noon!! Please note the following:

All residents not participating in commencement must vacate their space 24 hours after their last final or by Saturday, May 4 at noon, whichever comes first. However, for those who are participating in commencement week as a graduating student or a worker/volunteer for the ceremonies, you are able to stay in your space until 24 hours after your last commencement ceremony or Friday, May 10th at noon, whichever comes first. 

If you intended to stay for the summer, please ensure you have completed the Summer Housing Application on your MyHousing and read all of the information on our website. Students interested in residing in Summer Housing must be a continuing student enrolled in Fall 2024 courses

If you respond with "I am participating in Commencement Week", this means you are either a graduating senior and will be walking (congratulations!) or you need to stay past Saturday, May 4 at noon because you are an employee working the Commencement ceremonies, involved in an organization that plays a role in commencement, (band/chorus, EMS, etc.), or volunteering in some official capacity.

If you respond with "I am leaving before Commencement Week", this means you will be leaving 24 hours after your last final or by Saturday, May 4 at noon. Whichever comes first.

If you intended to stay for the summer, please ensure you have completed the Summer Housing Application on your MyHousing and then select "I am staying for the Summer". You will move over to your space on Saturday, May 11 unless stated otherwise to you via email.
