2023 APAMSA National Conference Pre-Med Registration
On behalf of Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), we’re happy to welcome you to Portland and to APAMSA’s 29th Annual National Conference: ‘Renewal: Out of the Flames, Into the Future’! Join us on a 2-day journey of learning, making memories, exploring Portland, and getting fired up to be the next generation of AANHPI health care leaders! The deadline for free conference registration is 12/23/2022. After this date, the full regular registration fee ($50) will apply, and you will need to apply via the normal registration system. PLEASE ONLY REGISTER VIA THIS FORM FOR FREE REGISTRATION. DO NOT FILL OUT EVENTBRITE.

Vaccination policy: OHSU firmly believes that vaccination is one of our most important tools to help keep our community well and protected against COVID-19 so we require guests of our events to either be fully vaccinated or receive a negative PCR test within 48 hours of the event. By attending this event, you agree to be in compliance of this policy. Mask-wearing is not mandatory, although we recognize some people may feel more comfortable wearing one. While there are many people who may feel ready to take off their mask, there are also many with underlying conditions or a personal preference to continue protecting themselves with masks. Thank you for respecting your colleagues’ personal preferences. Whether or not you test positive for COVID-19, we urge you to stay home if you have cough, runny nose (unlike your usual seasonal allergies), headache, fatigue or any other symptom.

This registration form includes the financial aid assistance application for in-person attendance. Please note: full financial aid is unfortunately unavailable; supplemental funds will be determined on a case basis and distributed via reimbursement post-conference. Individuals chosen to receive financial aid will be notified with more details by 01/10/23.
