2024 UIW Bands Information Form

This is the 2024 UIW Bands Information Form (UBIF). Please fill out this form to let us know your intentions for the 2024-2025.

If you have any questions, please contact Professor Nieves Villaseñor, Director of Bands, directly at nivillas@uiwtx.edu.

This form will close July 28, 2024 at 5:00 PM.
