1) A full academic year is any total 100 days a student is enrolled in a single accountable school (A1 or B1) or district up to the start of the spring testing window.  This includes the first day of the 14-day spring testing window, and does not have to be a single continuous enrollment.  In spring of 2020, there was no summative testing window, so the calculation is based on the 14-day date from the last day of the school year.

2) Alternative education programs/non-accountable programs such as A5s cannot be 100-day entities.  Days enrolled at programs track back most often to the accountable home school(s).  Students may track to the state (only if court ordered or state agency placed specifically into the alternative program, with a KECSAC record in Infinite Campus).  Enrollment in an alternative program does not necessarily result in the student being coded to the district, unless the student had no accountable school enrollment at all during the school year.

3) For ACCESS, Alternate ACCESS, and Alternate Assessment, the 100-day determination is not based on the date the assessment was taken, but is instead based on a full academic year (see #1).

4) 100-days is based on the number of days a student is Primary (P) enrolled in Infinite Campus, regardless of the number of days the student is in attendance at school.  Partial Day (S), Special Ed (N), and State Exclude enrollments are not used in the calculation.

5) Every student who is Primary enrolled on the first day of the testing window is to be assessed for participation rate purposes, unless nonparticipation is requested in SDRR and approved by OAA.  

6) Students attending Craft Academy, Gatton Academy, Kentucky School for the Blind, and Kentucky School for the Deaf track back to the accountable school that they would have attended if not enrolled in these schools.
