The Virginia Division on Career Development and Transition is pleased to invite proposals from the professional community serving transitioning students and youth with disabilities in Virginia. We welcome researchers, educators, and professionals to share innovative research and practices that support meaningful post-school transition outcomes. Pre-service and classroom special educators, administrators, transition professionals, university faculty, researchers, and doctoral students are encouraged to submit their proposals.

PROPOSAL FORMATS:
Poster Presentation
Individuals or groups are encouraged to present a traditional poster presentation to discuss with conference participants during our Laugh and Learn session.
Teacher Slam
Individual or teacher groups are encouraged to present a fast-paced 8-slide PowerPoint presentation within 8 minutes on practical ideas, strategies, or solutions for use by classroom teachers, schools, and divisions.
