Destigmatizing Mental Health and Creating Self- Care in the Hispanic/Latinx Community
Join us for the first meeting in our Mental Health Series during Hispanic Heritage Month. A panel of mental health professionals will conduct a forum to destigmatize mental health in the Latinx community and give strategies for self-care and through centering and grounding techniques.
