Biography

2019-20 (Sophomore): Third Team All-MEAC… 4x MEAC Defensive Player of the Week… 1x MEAC Player of the WeekAlready ranks ninth in CSU history with 82 career blocks in just 61 games… Proved to be one of the top defensive presences in the Nation as he was one of three Eagles players to start in all 31 games and 27.1 minutes per game.  Averaged 7.5 points and 8.9 rebounds (4th in MEAC) while blocking 66 shots (2.1 per game led the MEAC)… His 276 rebounds were the most by a CSU player since the 2012-13 season and his 66 blocks were the third-most in CSU history and the most since the 1994-95 season… Great passer for his size with 55 assists to rank second on the team … Upped his production to 10.8 points, 12.5 rebounds (led MEAC) and 2.9 blocked shots (led MEAC) while shooting 49.2% from the floor in conference games… Notched eight double-doubles… Reached double figures in scoring in eight games and at least ten rebounds in 12 games… Had multiple blocked shots in 16 games and eight games with at least four blocks… Was named the MEAC Player and Defensive Player of the Week after recorded his first career double-double with 19 points and 14 rebounds in a win over North Carolina A&T where he made 7-of-11 from the floor, 5-of-6 from the line and blocked four shots… Followed that up with a school-record 24 rebounds and three blocks against Morgan State which was the most by any player in the Nation at the time… Two nights after, went for 16 points, 11 rebounds and a pair of blocks to earn another Defensive Player of the Week award… Grabbed 15 rebounds and blocked a career-high seven shots against NC Central before going for 17 points, 17 rebounds and three blocks in win over Maryland Eastern Shore to receive third Defensive weekly honor… Received his final Defensive weekly award after a 16 point, 13 rebound performance against Delaware State where he had another five blocks… In regular season finale, had a career-high 20 points on 8-of-16 shooting to go with 13 rebounds and five blocks.

2018-19 (Freshman): Made one start while playing in 30 games and averaging 10.4 minutes per contest… Averaged 2.4 points, 2.8 rebounds and 16 blocked shots on the season to go with seven assists and two steals… Made 24-of-53 (45.3%) shots, 1-of-4 3-pointers and 22-of-42 (52.4%) free throws… Recorded season-highs of 11 points on 5-of-7 shooting and seven rebounds in win at North Carolina Central (1/19)… Also had seven rebounds to go with season-high seven rebounds at Navy (11/14)… Recorded at least five rebounds in seven games and had another four blocks against South Carolina State (1/14)… Credited with two assists at Morgan State (3/7)… Buried a 3-pointer at Norfolk State (3/2)… Tallied six points, 4-of-6 free throws and five rebounds in MEAC Tournament win over Morgan State (3/12).
