2022 (Redshirt Senior): Selected to the Second Team All-RMAC squad, her third such honor of her career and her second as a Mav... Was fourth on the team with 232 kills and second for hitting percentage (.346)… Also led the team with 86 blocks (0.83/set)… Finished fourth in the RMAC for hitting percentage and tenth for blocks per set… Finished with 282 total points (2.74/set)… Started all 29 of the Mavs’ matches at the middle blocker position… Played in all 103 sets… Was in double-figures for kills in 11 total matches, including three of the Mavs’ four post-season encounters and five straight near the end of the regular season from Oct. 21-Nov. 1… Recorded 12 kills in four matches… Had a pair of 6-block nights in both matches against her former Fort Lewis team on Sept. 30 and Oct. 22… Hit above .600 in six matches and at .500 or above in 11 total… Hit an error-less .818 with nine kills against Black Hills State (Oct. 7)… Was selected to the RMAC All-Academic First Team, her fourth overall RMAC All-Academic honor… Also represented the Mavs on the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District team.

Fall 2021 (Redshirt Junior): Earned Honorable Mention All-America and All-South Central Region honors from the AVCA… Was also a Second Team All-South Central Region honoree by the D2CCA after picking up Second Team All-RMAC honors… Was named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll as well… Played in all 28 of the Mavs’ matches, starting 26 at the middle blocker positions… Played in 98 total sets… Led the Mavericks with 89 blocks (0.91/set) while finishing second on the team with 225 kills (2.30/set)… Also hit a team-best .356, the eighth best mark in CMU’s history during the rally-scoring era (2001-Present)… Finished third in the RMAC with that mark… Was ranked eighth in blocks… Also had seven service aces to finish the campaign with 285 total points (2.91/set), second most on the squad… Was in double-figures for kills in eight matches… Recorded a season-high 15 in a Nov. 9 win over Westminster… Had three other 14-kill efforts… Hit a career-best .824 in one of those during a Oct. 22 win at UCCS, the best CMU single-match hitting performance in eight years… Recorded six blocks in four different matches, all of which were Maverick victories.

Spring 2021 (Junior): Saw action in two matches in her first season as a Maverick making appearances against CSU-Pueblo (Jan. 24) and at Western Colorado (Mar. 27)… Recorded a dig in the latter against the Mountaineers.

2019 Indoor (At Fort Lewis): Played in 25 of the Skyhawks’ 27 matches, starting 22 as a middle blocker... Recorded 144 kills and 190 ½ total points in 85 sets, good for 1.69 kill and 2.24 points per set averages… Led the Skyhawks with 78 blocks, a 0.94 per set average… Had a .190 attack percentage… Had a pair of 11-kill efforts, including one against Adams State (Oct. 15), when she hit a season-best .375… Registered a career-high nine blocks on Oct. 18 against Colorado Christian… Had six kills and five blocks in a Nov. 1 match against CMU… Was a 2019 RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll selection.

2018 Indoor (At Fort Lewis): Earned Second Team All-RMAC honors… Played in 68 sets and 23 matches, making starts in 19 of them… Led the Skyhawks with 62 blocks, good for a 0.91 per set average… Also led the team with her .356 attack percentage to rank fifth in the conference… Was third on the squad with 160 kills and 196 total points… Ranked third on the team in both of those categories… Averaged 2.88 points and 2.35 kills per set… Finished in double figures for kills an impressive eight times… Recorded a career-high 15 in a 5-set win against CMU on Oct. 22… Also had a career-high 11 blocks in that match to record her only career double-double en-route to RMAC Defensive Player of the Week honors.

Prep: 2018 graduate of Glenwood Springs HS… Was named as the Western Slope League Player of the Year in the fall of 2017… Was coached by former Maverick assistant beach volleyball coach Kehau Rust… Was a 3-year starter and 2-year team captain… Named to the principal’s honor roll three times and was a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Is majoring in accounting and aspires to become a CPA… Daughter of Julie and Randy Wedhorn… Has a brother Jake.

Why I Chose CMU: “I chose CMU because the campus is like home to me! I love being back close to my hometown.”
