All “officials with authority” including the Title IX Coordinator, Deputy Title IX Coordinator, College vice presidents, the Director of Security, the full-time Security Officer, and the Dean of Students who have been informed of instances of sexual harassment, discrimination, or gender-based misconduct have a duty to report the incident immediately to the Title IX Coordinator or a Deputy Title IX Coordinator.
