2025 First Vice President Application
The following application is for The CCIM Institute First Vice President position. Applicants must meet all Mandatory Requirements at the time of applying:
Mandatory Requirements
• Served as Chapter President
and/or
a graduate of the JWL Leadership Development Academy
• Attended at least six (6) of the last eight (8) CCIM Institute Governance Meetings
• Current member of the Board of Directors
or
no longer than two (2) years removed
• Served a minimum of four (4) full calendar years on the Board of Directors within the past eight (8) years
• Chaired a national committee
or
served as a Presidential Liaison
• Served on one (1) of the following committees: Finance, Education, Member Services, Governance, Strategic Planning (or their predecessors)
Additional Information Considered
(This criteria is not mandatory to have but is considered.)
• Served as Finance Committee Chair
• Served on other professional REALTOR® organizations, local and national
• Other information such as, additional professional organizations and commercial real estate business activities
• Served as Regional Vice President and/or First Vice President
Application Deadline: Wednesday, June 12, 2024
Upon the submission deadline, the Governance Committee will review applications. If all qualifications and requirements have been met, the Governance Committee will contact you to schedule a brief interview.
Election
The election for First Vice President will take place on October 1, 2024 in Houston, TX during The CCIM Institute Board of Directors Meeting.
**The elected individual will be expected to raise $30,000 for their Inaugural.
