WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — Homes For Our Troops, a national nonprofit organization, will break ground for a new specially-adapted custom home for local veteran Joseph “Blake” DeLoach.
Army Staff Sergeant DeLoach was injured while serving in Afghanistan in 2010 during his second deployment. He lost his eyesight from the blast of a rocket propelled grenade.
