DLF Cost Assessment Group Best Practices in Digitization survey
This survey is intended to gather information about digitization practices and standards adhered to at different institutions. It has been put together by members of the Best Practices subgroup of the Digital Library Federation Cost Assessment Interest Group.

The goal of this survey is to obtain a picture of the current "state of play", so that practitioners who are planning a digitization project or advocating for digitization funding can make decisions informed by community best practices. It's also so that, when we talk about how much digitization costs, we are able to ground that conversation in an understanding of what the cost is paying for.

None of the questions in this survey are required. If you don't know the answer to a question, please skip the question, or choose "Don't know" if that is an option.
