Notice: All applicants must be 18 years-of-age or old and must provide PROOF OF FULL VACCINATION (at least 2 doses) against COVID-19 to be considered "eligible."

Only 20-30 applicants will be selected from the applicant pool per performance. These conditions ONLY APPLY TO SELECTED APPLICANTS and, unless advised by the venue or local governing authority, do not apply to general audience attendees. FOR EXAMPLE: The venue, or local law, may not require proof of vaccination or a worn-mask to enter the premesis but in order to be eligible for selection as an on-stage participant, you must still provide advance proof of vaccination on this page. If you are not comfortable with providing this information, we certainly understand and still look forward to seeing you at the performance!
