I am a graduate student in the Department of Aerospace Engineering at Auburn University and a research assistant in Vehicle Systems, Dynamics, and Design Laboratory . I joined Auburn in Fall 2022. My research focuses on the development of empirical aero-propulsive models for sizing and optimization of advanced air mobility vehicles. I plan to build a prototype of the scaled vehicle, develop capability for real time aerodynamic modelling and controller adjustment to help vehicle “Learn to Fly”.

I was a design engineer for drones at Prokura Innovations (2019-2022). I worked with a small team of drone enthusiasts in Nepal to design, build, and test lift-plus-cruise type vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) fixed-wing UAV for emergency medicine delivery to rural parts of the country.

I was born and raised in a village in Baglung, Nepal. I attended several schools progressively away from home that reminds me of a line from the movie "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" "You were born to the rolling hills and little rivers of the Shire, but home is now behind you. The world is ahead."

Outside of research, I love cycling, hiking, playing all kinds of sports, reading books, and writing poems.
