BROOMSTACKING LOUNGE

The tradition where the losing team buys the winning team a drink. Known as "Broomstacking" because players used to stack their brooms by the fire while socializing after a game. The lounge has a warming area, bar and darts for those waiting their turn to curl. Photos that tell a small history of the sport of curling and its legends.

Rules at Broomstacking Lounge - Trying to Capture the “Spirit of the Thing Reg”
-We will begin with the Star Spangle Banner and O’Canada anthems. No exceptions.
-Team will begin and end each game by shaking hands.
-Curlers are expected to call infractions on themselves.
-No Politics - Unless you are debating who the greatest curler of all-time is.
