To the Parents of 5th Grade Students:

As you begin to plan your 6th grade schedule we are excited for you to enter the middle school music program where you will contribute to the continued success and tradition of excellence we strive to achieve at Wantagh Public Schools. You have already discovered the joys of creating beautiful music together as a member of your elementary band, chorus or orchestra.  Being a member of the middle school music program will surely be a rewarding experience as well.  Through hard work and consistent practice, you will continue to grow musically and develop as a young musician.

Below, please fill out the necessary information and select your performing ensemble for next year. All selections must be submitted by January 26, 2024.

Please be aware that all students are required to participate in music at the 6th grade level.
