Went for dinner and ordered the bacon-wrapped filet. Essentially, for this special plate (available at the bar and for takeout), it's steak bites wrapped in bacon served with a dipping sauce. It's accompanied by rice and black beans.

I found the steak bites fine -- not particularly good...but certainly not bad. The rice was delicious, and I had a second serving of it. The black beans were average.

Started with a Caesar. The lettuce was drowning in the dressing.

Service was great!

Drinks were good!

And there's plenty of parking.

Lakeway needs more restaurant choices, so I'm glad SP has added to the list of options.

We went the week after Christmas on a Friday. I have friends who come into Lakeway three or four times a year and we always go to SP Brazilian Steakhouse. The previous visit wasn't the best service but didn't deter us from returning again.

The service was horrible, unprofessional server, continued to try to ply us with chicken and sausage. We continued to asked for prime meat but that option didn't come for over for an hour and only once.

Salad bar rocks as always, good wine choices but I expect excellent cuts of meat and professional service.

I will try again but will try J5 too which I have only heard great things about.

Steak is good quality but needs more flavor is so simple. Gas and wood or charcoal has at big different
the chimi is ok.
Salad bar no bad need more variety. Black beans and rice is good. Fries banana and mash potatoes good the best is the pan de queso so good.

I was so excited when a Brazilian steakhouse opened in nearby Lakeway a couple of years ago. I love all churrasco style food, especially picanha.

I didn't set any expectations, but I'm happy to report that I was pleasantly surprised with my first visit and every dining experience since (past due review). Nice staff, clean facility, good food...what's not to love?

AYCE with salad bar is always a great feast; however, most times my eyes are more hungry than my stomach. I feel like I don't get my moneys worth. Haha.

Soooooo, I'm thrilled SPB offers one meat (or combo) with sides that is a perfect portion. AND, delivery by 2nd party app is available to my home. Great, but dangerous. Lol. I've definitely turned into a repeat customer.

+ I'm not usually a fan of rice; however, SPB's is splendid. Fantastic flavor with lil bits of meat in it.

- Deduct one star: the single serve plates do NOT come with chimichurri. I know! Sacrilege! Aaand, $8...and honestly flavorless. Paying for cheap oil with the slightest bit of fresh herbs. :( Makes me want to cry because it's such a wanted accoutrement for Brazilian steak.

Now I'll walk away playing my tiny violin, while still stating "yes, I recommend."

Blown away by how delicious and amazing everything was at this restaurant!

We got some of the salads from the salad bar and it was yummy.
We tried all the beef options, the garlic was our favorite but everything was exceptional. The complimentary cheesy bread, fried banana, cheesy mashed potatoes were out of this world. We ordered the flan as dessert and it was delicious.

I'm so glad to have finally found a phenomenal restaurant here in Lakeway. What a gem. We will absolutely be back!

Absolutely our favorite restaurant. Amazing food. Phenomenal service. We keep trying other restaurants and just wish we would have went to SP instead. They are consistently fantastic.

Extraordinary experience! The meet was tender well seasoned and at perfect temperature. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxing. The service extraordinary, they upon arrival asked how I like the steak cooked and that is what they offered to me all the time. I like Estancia in Austin but I loved this restaurant.

SP is a great Brazilian steakhouse for those in West/Southwest Austin. It's comparable to Fogo de Chao in food, variety, service and ambiance.

Came for weekend lunch and was pleasantly surprised to see they offered all of their meat options and had a fully stocked salad bar. The staff were attentive and the meats came out at a good pace, you were never left waiting for long for something new to come out. Also they didn't hesitate to take requests and quickly fulfilled them. Will definitely keep SP in mind for special occasion diners.
