The atmosphere was ok, the location was on main Street and the prices reflected a place overlooking the ocean on a bluff ..

Run don't walk to this amazing caffe. Jennifer greeted us when we walked in and gave us a choice of sitting inside in a booth or the bar area, outside, or in the middle section which is an inside/outside vibe. We got a great corner booth next to the giant opening to the patio.

The menu is extensive with lots of gourmet breakfast and lunch entree choices including a bar and espresso menu. Don't let the gourmet description provoke you to think the portions are small.

After much deliberation and Jennifer's input we ordered the prosciutto and pancetta eggs Benedict Molise and the prosciutto, pesto and Burrata panini. Let me just say both dishes were absolutely delicious. I will definitely order the panini again as the baguette is soft and salted and so good!!! When asked, Jennifer let me know they get all of their breads from a local bakery. So now I have to find that bakery! All the ingredients are fresh and the Hollandaise sauce and pesto are some of the best I have ever had.

We noticed some wonderful cocktails served around us and the pasta dishes were served in a very thin and aesthetically pleasing bread bowl. Pasta and cocktails will be on our next order for sure!

When making a visit, remember they are open until 2pm. Main Street is closed to cars so walking, dining, and shopping is a wonderful experience. And, the free public parking lots are great! We had a weekday visit around noon and there was adequate seating available. I imagine weekends are very busy.

We traveled from SCV and we would make the trip just to go to this caffe. However there are so many great specialty shops, home goods, thrift stores and a great used book store nearby that we easily walk-off the calories. And if that doesn't entice you the free parking and great beach walking paths should bring it home.

Food was great, chicken parmigiana Panini was a little bland but still enjoyable.

There will be a line to get in on Sundays. Don't let that deter you. It moves quickly and will be worth your wait.
Fresh, delicious, innovative menu selections make this a very popular choice for brunch. Live a little and get the bacon sampler as an appetizer. If you're an eggs Benedict fan you're going to love theirs, which come with delicious potatoes and fresh fruit on the side. Save room for dessert! There are rotating dessert specials that are all delicious!

Found this place on Yelp. We got there around 9:30 AM, and we were sat quickly. I am going to say that the tables are quite small inside if you have large parties. They do have outdoor seating. Glad we got there when we did, the place got packed and people waited outside in rain. Don't know if I would have done that, but I will say the food was delicious and the coffee. Glad we came.

Very welcoming! Great ambiance, lovely decor, delicious food & amazing service! Breakfast on a Friday morning with my best friend & daughters was perfect! We sat at a comfy booth & our server Faith immediately greeted us w a very friendly personality! She answered all of our questions about the menu! Our lavender lattes with oat milk were delicious and so was the fresh orange juice! So many options to choose from! The rest of the staff was also great! The food was tasty! Can't wait to go back!

I thought the service was great. The food was good. Very quick and nice view. Crowded for a reason. Fast turnaround. I recommend this spot. Super tasty.

I absolutely enjoyed my visit here. It was not super busy which was nice because I always see the packed lines on the weekends. I ordered the pancakes with strawberry, banana, and nutella. They were so delicious that I wish I had ordered some to go.

They have seating inside and out on the patio. They offer lots of breakfast and lunch options. I also ordered a cortado coffee which was delicious! Their plating was gorgeous which I loved!

We heard about Immigrant Son during a youtube looking for a brunch spot in Los Angeles. We recently spent a few days in Ojai and I was determined to go to Immigrant Son on the way back. It did not disappoint. We were greeted warmly by I believe a gentleman who is the owner and then our server was super attentive and made great suggestions. I'm sad I don't remember his name now. I had the breakfast lasagna which was tasty and a nice twist to lasagna and an omelette. My husband did the meatballs and they had so much flavor.
Can't wait to try more when in the area again.

The service was wonderful. We sat at the bar so we felt like we got more attention. The food was awesome. The restaurant is clean and decorated beautifully. We will definitely be back.
