Best Gelato I've had in my life so far. I like the matcha, gianduia, white coffee, and more but can't remember all the ones ive tried. Their flavors change occasionally so you always have new flavors to try.

You can sample many flavors before picking what you want. Parking is kind of limited since it's dallas so it's either street parking or paid parking. They have a dog water bowl so pets are allowed. There is outside tables too!

Wanted some ice cream and decided to give this place a try. Immediately upon walking in, the atmosphere was hip and clean. The staff was very friendly. We were greeted immediately upon walking in. There were a plethora of flavors to try; some basic flavors and some that were unique. We tried a couple before making our decision.

The ice cream was yummy. However, I was not a fan of the toffee. Upon further review, the description revealed that there were dates in it, and I am not a fan of dates.

The price to flavor ratio was low. The price was very expensive for the product that we received, which was disappointing.

Easy walk if you're already on Greenville Avenue 2000 block. Great smooth and creamy milk chocolate and salted caramel gelatos. Friendly service offers sample tastes. Clean place. Yum. Next time I may order a whole Tiramisu from the cold case.

This gelato shop was a bit out there in the urban sprawl, but it seemed like the best dessert option in town so I gave it a go. When you're offering a "better than Nutella" menu option, you've set the bar pretty high, but their hazelnut-laced creation indeed delivered a nuanced flavor in the brief time it lasted before I destroyed it. They had some nice-looking cakes as well, and while it was a dairy and egg heavy place, the sorbet options looked quality as well. There was a bit of outdoor seating available for the local canine owners, or just for anyone who enjoys an ice cream on a pleasant evening.

BEST pistachio ice cream! Creamy, thick, and simply lovely! Great ambience. Love the decor and warm glowy lighting. Perfect for a little after-dinner dessert "date".

I went for an after dinner treat with my mom and it hit the spot! There were quite a few people in the inside but the worker welcomed up and offered to let us try a few flavors. I'm rather indecisive so I tried about 6 flavors!! I ended up ordering the regular size cup which came with two flavors. I got the coconut stracciatella and white coffee. Both were so smooth and so creamy. The coconut has bits of chocolate that give it an extra flare. The white coffee has a strong coffee flavor but it's not bitter. My mom got gianduia and pecan in a cone. The gianduia is chocolatey and nutty. The pecan is sweet with some crunch from the pecans. We sat outside to enjoy our gelato at the bright colored tables outside. They also have plenty of seating inside.

Always love this place! I love that they weigh out their ice cream so that you always get the right amount. Texture is always so creamy. We go here every single time we're in the area. I always bring guests whenever they come to visit.

A friend recommended this gelato shop as the best he's ever had and they definitely did not disappoint! They have a few really unique flavors such as mascarpone and fig as well as coconut stracciatella, it was hard to pick just two! I settled on the coconut and also got a scoop of mint stracciatella. The mint was so surprising, it tasted like fresh mint and not just mint extract! Really tasty. The staff are super patient and you can ask for flavor tastings. Pretty straightforward in terms of service. The inside of the shop is super warm compared to the cold outside but not too warm that the gelato melts. It's cutely decorated and has some bar stool seating along the wall. I definitely need to go back to try out the affogato! Though the parking situation is really abysmal, I might try the one on Royal Lane next time!

Downtown Dallas for dinner with my wife and daughter and had a hankering for some ice cream - enter Botolino! I'm not sure you can make a wrong decision - we each had something different and they were all DELICIOUS. Try some different flavors - you'll find them rich and unique. Oh, and to finish everything off on a cold evening - go ahead with the hot chocolate - very rich and creamy.
