This project boasts 89 acres of former dairy land within Ontario Ranch becoming a residential development of 432 single family residential lots, as well as 11 acres designated for future commercial development.
Backed by X's extensive experience with the City of Ontario, Regions South is slated to include nearly 300 new dwelling units consisting of both single family homes and townhomes as well as a mixed-use development in the north portion of the site.
