Laptop checkout through Bierce Library

Admissions and Standardized Testing Programs

The Counseling & Testing Center offers testing programs including the ACT or Residual ACT, SAT, LSAT, MPRE, GRE-Subject, MAT and many more.


CounselingPsychological and Vocational Testing

Psychological and Vocational Testing for currently enrolled University of Akron students, including ADHD and Learning Disorder Assessments, are available at the Counseling & Testing Center.



English Languate InstituteEnglish Language Institute Testing

The English Language Institute offers U-ADEPT and ELI-ASSET to assess English Language ability of University of Akron Students.

Computer-Based Assessment and Evaluation in Schrank Hall North 152 administers testing for University of Akron courses that offer computer-based exams.

Counseling & Testing Center can assist with scheduling paper or computer make-up testing for courses.
