Laptop checkout through Bierce Library
Currently enrolled students can access laptops through >Bierce Library and our Department of Information Technology Services. How to check out a laptop.
The Counseling & Testing Center offers testing programs including the ACT or Residual ACT, SAT, LSAT, MPRE, GRE-Subject, MAT and many more.
Psychological and Vocational Testing for currently enrolled University of Akron students, including ADHD and Learning Disorder Assessments, are available at the Counseling & Testing Center.
The English Language Institute offers U-ADEPT and ELI-ASSET to assess English Language ability of University of Akron Students.
The University of Akron uses placement testing to help determine the first courses, based on ACT/SAT scores and major, for students who are new to the University of Akron. The links for Foreign Language assessments and Accommodations will redirect to those offices specifically.
