My name is Shae and I am 16 years old. I was born with a life threatening allergy to milk. If I ingest any food with milk in it, I can have an anaphylactic reaction. I have had several anaphylactic reactions. 

I am a proud member of the FARE Teen Advisory Group (TAG), A Hungry Harry's Home Baker and a Spokin Teen Ambassador. I am also the co-leader & co-creator of the TAG Food Allergy Social Media Project @aroundallergies. I am looking forward to many great opportunities to tell my story and help support other people like me who have life threatening food allergies.
