Miller Park Pool keeps the city cool in the summer with some wet and wild fun for everyone every day! Located in mid-town, the Olympic size pool also offers a children’s pool area, a twisting water slide, high dive, and a kiddie area with mushroom waterfall. An ADA accessible hydraulic lift chair allows those with special needs to enjoy the complex. And don’t forget the concessions stand for drinks and snacks–it operates during regular pool hours and closes approximately 30 minutes before the pool.
The pool also hosts CPR/First Aid/AED Certification courses, lifeguard training and certification, water safety instructor course and the American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim Program. You can find out more about our aquatics programs by clicking here.

Riverside Park Sprayground
The Riverside Park Sprayground is Lynchburg’s ultimate summertime destination for children. With dumping buckets, spraying lake fish, pop jets, and tulip sprays, the Sprayground is a fun and free summer activity for everyone! Visit the Sprayground at 2238 Rivermont Avenue Lynchburg, VA 24503.

Riverfront Park Fountains
Riverfront Park is located near the river in downtown Lynchburg, and connects to the Riverwalk trail along its northern edge.
