The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Human Rights Commission (LFUCHRC) is a neutral fact-finding agency that investigates alleged cases of discrimination in employment, housing and public accommodation in Lexington - Fayette County, Kentucky. There is no fee for our services.

COVID-19 Commission Operating Procedures

Beginning June 1, 2023 the Commission will allow outside visitors in our offices. We request non-vaccinated visitors wear a mask. Social distancing will still be maintained.

COVID-19 Renter Assistance

The Lexington city government has launched a Housing Stabilization Partnership Program to help renters whose income has been directly impacted by COVID-19. Go to covid19renterhelp.org to apply on-line, or call 859-258-3804.
