What to Expect

We currently have foundations going in at Bellview Place and Village at Pinnacle Hills. Come in and meet our Sales Team to review floor plans and design selections. We have preassigned floor plans to specific lots. A $2,500.00 FULLY REFUNDABLE deposit and a letter of intent are required to secure your lot. 

Once your lot is secured, approximately thirty (30) days before your build begins our Sales Team and Designer will reach out to go over contracts and interior and exterior home design selections.
 
Our Sales Team will be there to guide you through each step of the building process. We look forward to working with you!
