Memorial Opportunities
Saving animals is expensive! Currently our operating budget is approximately $2 million annually. This does not include the added costs of the new Angel Wing and staff. About half of the budget comes from our services in the Veterinary Clinic, surgeries, cremations, owner's pet euthanasia, and retail products, clothing, and pet supplies. The other half comes from donations from mostly private citizens and Angels for Animals fundraisers. Angels for Animals is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Donations are tax deductible.

Options to Donate to Angels for Animals
ANGEL WING: Our Capital Campaign is our future. The Angel Wing will provide full service vet care to all animals, owned & stray. It will also provide revenue to fund our shelter. There are many opportunities for naming rights, memorial donations, and general donations.
GENERAL FUND: The overhead involved in running the shelter is CRUSHING – food and litter are the biggest part, but electricity, gas and maintenance are huge expenses. We must pay these bills or risk being shut off – just like anyone else.
SPECIAL PROGRAMS: Spay and neuter funds like BOGO, Show Us the Mommy and other special programs help defer the cost of medical care. At times, we have special programs to help with transportation for animals, or even special medical needs that are unexpected.
