Mars Ornament Form

The ornaments are $10 each.

There will be 3 options for shipping/delivery or pickup.
Option 1: Standard USPS shipping with tracking is $5. By choosing NOT to insure my package, I understand that I am fully responsible for any loss or damage to the package or its contents incurred during shipping. These may also be delivered locally.
Option 2: Priority mail shipping with Insurance and 2-3 day delivery is $8
Option 3. Pickup near Springfield Grille

Payment: PayPal or Venmo
Please include the money for the ornaments and shipping and send via Paypal/Venmo.

These ornaments are being made, stained, ribboned, packed and shipped by 2 little girls. Please take care to fully review the information you entered. You are responsible for ensuring correct address is entered. All ornaments are laser cut. There may be natural variations in stain or coloring. Natural wood may have darker variations around edges.
