The ACPA Coalition on Men and Masculinities (CMM) is proud to host the sixth annual Emerging Scholars Workshop at the 2021 ACPA Virtual Experience.
This two-day, multi-session workshop will allow emerging scholars and scholar-practitioners who are interested in college men and masculinities an opportunity to connect and collaborate with college men and masculinities scholars, gain confidence in their writing, and experience sharing scholarly ideas. Participants of the workshop will hear from scholar-mentors* about their academic work and their advice on becoming a college men and masculinities scholar. Additionally, participants will have an opportunity to discuss their interests and ideas related to college men and masculinities in one-on-one sessions with the scholar-mentors.
There is no cost for conference attendees to participate in this event, and participation is limited to 15 participants based on applications.
The application deadline has been extended to Friday. March 5, 2021. Participants will be notified regarding their application to participate by Wednesday, March 8th, 2021.
