To address overcrowding at Midtown HS and underutilization at Washington HS, high school students zoned for the Centennial Academy attendance area would be redistricted from Midtown HS to Washington HS (229 students) in 2023-24 School Year.

To address capacity challenges at Centennial Academy itself, Centennial Academy and APS will determine a pathway for charter renewal, subject to ABOE and GaDoE approvals. Centennial's Capacity is now 606. Modulars are used to achieve its currently chartered maximum enrollment of 800 at the loss of athletic and recreational field space.
