This application is to register your child to receive food by either home or school delivery (depending on local conditions) from End 68 Hours of Hunger at no cost to you. However, there are six requirements:

- You must provide us an active email address.
- You must provide your address and phone number.
- You must register each child separately.
- You must include in your registration any information about food allergies your child has.
- You must agree to keep this information updated!
Under no circumstances will this information be used for ANY reason other than to get food to your child, nor will this information be shared with third parties or outside the End 68 Hours of Hunger Organization.
We have implemented reasonable measures to protect the security of personally identifiable information that a user provides to us through the use of the Website. The transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure and as such, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information. Any transmission of information is at your own risk.
