Prior to Southern - Diaz prepped at Round Rock High School for coach Diane Watson ... As a senior, Diaz was a first-team All-District pick ... As a sophomore, Diaz was named the Area Newcomer of the Year ... She followed that up with an All-District performance as a junior with her senior season still being played ... She has been a member of the National Honor Society all four years ... Diaz helped her team to a District Championship as a junior and has her Dragons in the third round of the Texas State playoffs this year.
