2018 - Made her third-straight All-MIAA team with an honorable mention selection as a junior ... Pickett started in all 28 matches she played in, averaging 1.34 kills per set, while hitting .177 ... Led the team in blocking with 0.75 blocks per set and 70 total blocks ... also picked up 32 digs and nine service aces. 

2017 - Started in 27 of the 31 matches she played in as a sophomore for the Lions ... was an honorable mention All-MIAA selection ... led the MIAA and ranked 18th nationally in blocks per set (1.25), while ranking second in the MIAA and sixth nationally in total blocks (139) ... had a season-high 10 blocks against Fort Hays ... had a season-high 18 kills against Chadron State. 

2016 - As a true freshman, Pickett started in 28 of 31 matches and earned All-MIAA Honors (Honorable Mention) for her performance of 151 kills, 1.56 kills per set average, and team-leading 95 blocks (18 solo, 77 assists)...She also had 20 digs, six assists, seven service aces on the season, to go along with 214.5 points for second on the team...Registered a season-hight 11 kills against Lyon (Ark.).

Prior to Southern - Pickett helped the Jaguars to two conference championships, while also making an appearance in the State Tournament.

Personal - The daughter of John and Chris Pickett, Alicia plans to major in kinesiology at Southern.
