Prior to Southern: (at Savannah State) -  As a junior at SSU, Landers was a third-team all MEAC pick where he led the team with a .293 average, starting in all 41 games played in ... he had three home runs, 29 RBIs, slugged .407 and added 18 runs scored and 44 hits. (at Lake County) - Landers played two years at College of Lake County in Illinois where he started in 91 of 92 games played ... he was an All-Conference and All-Region pick in 2016 where he hit .337 with five home runs, 39 RBIs, 47 runs scored, 13 doubles and two triples, while sluging .523.
