2017 - Monk saw action in 29 matches with 23 starts for the Lions as a sophomore ... She finished the season with 161 kills for a 1.58 per set average ... finished with 65 blocks for a 0.64 per set average ... had seven double-figure kill matches with the season-high coming against Fort Hays when she had 13. 

2016 - Participated on 29 matches and started 17 in her rookie campaign...Accumulated 104 kills, 1.24 kills per set average, 14 digs, and 58 blocks (7 solo, 51 assists); second on the team...Had a season-hight 13 kills against Lyon (Ark.). 

Prior to Southern - Monk prepped at South Lyon High School in South Lyon, Michigan ... A four-year starter for the Lions and coaches Mindy Collins and Tom Teeters, Monk has been a four-time Scholar Athlete ... She was an All-Tournament team selection in 2013, while helping South Lyon to a District Championship in 2015 ... Monk helped her club team qualify for the Junior Olympics this past year, as well.
