Low-Income Self-Sufficiency Plan

Our Low-Income Self-Sufficiency Plan is a payment plan for vulnerable families to make affordable monthly payments based on income. Applicants must be approved for State Emergency Relief to qualify for this plan.

Monitor, maintain and/or reduce, when possible, your energy usage

Federal & State Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility requirements are defined according to federal and state energy assistance criteria.

Income is equal to or less than 150% of the Federal Poverty Level Guidelines
Energy usage (electric and/or gas) over the last 12 months is comparable with average annual usage for a residential customer

Application & Enrollment Process

This 24-month plan requires household income verification and energy usage validation every year for all participating customers.

We partner with various human service and energy assistance agencies to perform income and usage eligibility validation for this plan.
