2024 May Graduation Application

The graduation questionnaire received in Workday must be completed in order for UMMC Commencement regalia and your final diploma to be ordered and mailed.

UMMC Commencement is held at the Mississippi Coliseum, a multi-purpose arena in Jackson, Mississippi.

Parking

Free parking is available on all sides of the Mississippi Coliseum, with handicapped parking in the front of the building at the Mississippi Street entrance (North-facing entrance).

Elevators

There are two elevators – one just inside the front door to the right and another further down the hall, also to the right.

Seating

Marked seating for handicapped persons and one visitor is very limited. Please encourage your friends or family members who cannot climb stairs or use a wheelchair to come early. The Coliseum does not provide wheelchairs.

No balloons or party items are allowed inside the Mississippi Coliseum.

2. Take a left at the second light. The Mississippi Coliseum will be directly ahead.
